Jej g\u0142\u00f3wnym celem jest promowanie zdrowego stylu \u017cycia, rozwijanie \u015bwiadomo\u015bci prozdrowotnej oraz kszta\u0142towanie umiej\u0119tno\u015bci niezb\u0119dnych do dbania o w\u0142asne zdrowie i bezpiecze\u0144stwo.<\/p><p>Innowacja \u0142\u0105czy w sobie elementy edukacji zdrowotnej, aktywno\u015bci fizycznej, rozwoju emocjonalno-spo\u0142ecznego oraz nauki podstaw udzielania pierwszej pomocy. Dzi\u0119ki temu uczniowie nie tylko zdobywaj\u0105 wiedz\u0119 teoretyczn\u0105, ale tak\u017ce ucz\u0105 si\u0119 poprzez praktyczne dzia\u0142ania, zabaw\u0119 i wsp\u00f3lne do\u015bwiadczenia.<\/p><p>W pa\u017adzierniku uczniowie realizowali temat\u00a0<strong>\u201eZdrowe nawyki \u017cywieniowe\u201d<\/strong>. Podczas zaj\u0119\u0107 dzieci dowiedzia\u0142y si\u0119, jak wa\u017cne jest codzienne spo\u017cywanie warzyw i owoc\u00f3w, poznawa\u0142y zasady komponowania zbilansowanych posi\u0142k\u00f3w oraz uczy\u0142y si\u0119, jak wybiera\u0107 zdrowe produkty. W cz\u0119\u015bci praktycznej mali kucharze przygotowywali pyszne, kolorowe sa\u0142atki owocowe i warzywne, szasz\u0142yki, kanapki oraz koktajle , kt\u00f3re nie tylko smakowa\u0142y, ale i pi\u0119knie wygl\u0105da\u0142y.<\/p><p>Zaj\u0119cia dostarczy\u0142y uczniom wiele rado\u015bci i satysfakcji, a przy tym pozwoli\u0142y im utrwali\u0107 wiedz\u0119 o znaczeniu zdrowego od\u017cywiania w codziennym \u017cyciu. By\u0142a to doskona\u0142a okazja do rozm\u00f3w o tym, jak dba\u0107 o swoje zdrowie, energi\u0119 i dobre samopoczucie.<\/p><p>Realizacja innowacji b\u0119dzie kontynuowana w kolejnych miesi\u0105cach, obejmuj\u0105c m.in. tematy zwi\u0105zane z aktywno\u015bci\u0105 fizyczn\u0105, higien\u0105 osobist\u0105 oraz nauk\u0105 pierwszej pomocy. Dzi\u0119ki takim dzia\u0142aniom uczniowie ju\u017c od najm\u0142odszych lat ucz\u0105 si\u0119, \u017ce zdrowie to najwi\u0119kszy skarb, o kt\u00f3ry warto dba\u0107 ka\u017cdego
