Nawyki \u017cywieniowe, kt\u00f3re zostan\u0105<br \/>wypracowane w dzieci\u0144stwie s\u0105 p\u00f3\u017aniej kontynuowane w \u017cyciu doros\u0142ym. Dlatego wa\u017cne jest, aby<br \/>od najm\u0142odszych lat wdra\u017ca\u0107 zasady zdrowego od\u017cywiania, kt\u00f3re zapobiegn\u0105 oty\u0142o\u015bci oraz rozwojowi<br \/>nadwagi. Uczniowie pracuj\u0105c w grupach przedstawili w formie plakat\u00f3w poznane zasady. Wszystkie<br \/>prace by\u0142y bardzo tw\u00f3rcze. W kolejnym etapie realizacji programu przeprowadzono warsztaty<br \/>kulinarno \u2013 edukacyjne podczas, kt\u00f3rych uczniowie zaproponowali &#8211; W jaki spos\u00f3b mo\u017ce wygl\u0105da\u0107<br \/>zdrowe \u015bniadanie? Pami\u0119tali o wykorzystaniu warzyw, wodzie do picia oraz czysto\u015bci miejsca<br \/>spo\u017cywania przygotowanych kanapek.
